HOLIDAY DRINK
Diet 7-Up (or Diet Sprite)
Cran Raspberry Juice
Lemons
Pour Diet 7 up into each glass filling nearly to the top.
Pour a splash of the Cran-Raspberry Juice into each glass just to add a pinch of flavor.
Slice lemons and cut a slit into each slice. Place on the edge of each glass.

CAULIFLOWER MASHED POTATOES
1 head Cauliflower
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 Tbsp. Chicken Base
1/2 Tbsp. garlic
1/2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
Break Cauliflower into large chunks, removing any leaves or greenery.
Boil Cauliflower until it becomes fork tender. Once it reaches fork tender, remove from water and place in a large bowl or blender.
Add 1 Tbsp butter, skim milk, chicken base, garlic.
Beat or blend until smooth.
Stir in chives.
Warm up as necessary.

1 head Cauliflower

1 Tbsp. butter

1/4 cup skim milk

1/2 Tbsp. Chicken Base

1/2 Tbsp. garlic

1/2 Tbsp. chives, chopped

Break Cauliflower into large chunks, removing any leaves or greenery.

Boil Cauliflower until it becomes fork tender. Once it reaches fork tender, remove from water and place in a large bowl or blender.

Add 1 Tbsp butter, skim milk, chicken base, garlic.

Beat or blend until smooth.

Stir in chives.

Warm up as necessary.

Divide and shape into 2-3 oblong loaves (long and narrow). Place on greased cookie sheets. Slit top with scissors 1/3 down diagonally. 
Paint top with slightly meant egg whites. Let sit for 8-10 minutes.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
I braided my loaves shown in picture for a fancier finish.
